Submitting a Copyright Notice
If you believe material on this website infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, submit a written notice containing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification and exact URL of the allegedly infringing material.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, a counter-notification should include your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your contact details.

Repeat Infringement
Where appropriate and technically possible, we may restrict or terminate access by users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
